Taiwan has exposed another alleged route into China’s restricted AI supply chain, indicting nine people accused of helping divert Nvidia-powered servers.

Prosecutors in Taiwan’s port city of Keelung said Monday that eight defendants were charged with breach of trust and document forgery over the alleged illegal export of high-end AI servers made by Super Micro Computer and equipped with Nvidia chips.

A ninth defendant faces separate allegations involving the diversion of funds from a distributor.
