The Bear season 5 has a trailer and there’s plenty to whet your appetite ahead of the Hulu (Disney+ internationally) show’s return on June 25.
With only a few weeks to wait, things are certainly heating up. In The Bear‘s fifth and final season, Sydney, Richie and Sugar learn that Carmy has quit the food industry, leaving the restaurant in peril.
The Bear without Carmy seems incomprehensible, right? Well, it’s a scary reality for the people left behind, desperately trying to keep things afloat. As we’ve come to expect from Hulu’s most stressful show, there’s plenty coming up to keep us on the edge of our seats.
Take a look at the gripping new trailer below.

What should we expect from The Bear season 5?
Carmy decision to quit forms a huge chunk of the season 5 plot, which I’m sure is not a surprise. This decision is the catalyst that impacts the restaurant’s future as well as Carmy’s own, as he sets off on a journey to learn who he is outside of the kitchen.
Since Carmy is such a huge part of The Bear, much of his identity is tied to the food industry, so we should expect to follow his journey of self-discovery. Last season, we saw him working hard on becoming a better person, so hopefully in this upcoming installment he can continue to make peace with his past demons.
Meanwhile, the titular restaurant will continue working towards earning a Michelin star. But it will require Sydney and Richie to step up and become the leaders that The Bear seriously needs. But with plenty of roadblocks, it’s easier said than done.
All that and more is coming up and we should expect The Bear‘s final season to tie up a lot of loose ends. Whether that’ll be a happy ending or not remains to be seen, though.
All eight episodes of The Bear season 5 will be available at launch, so cancel your plans and strap in for one final binge watch.
