Naturally, the internet has latched onto one burning question: how is this guy affording that? Because if there’s one consistent theme across every Spider-Man story, it’s that Peter Parker is perpetually broke.
Isn’t Spider-Man supposed to be… struggling?
That’s kind of his whole thing. Peter’s always been the guy juggling crime-fighting with unpaid bills, missed deadlines, and the occasional existential crisis. There was a time when Sony Xperia phones showed up in these films, and it all felt neatly on-brand. Sony backing a Sony property? Clean. Simple. Nostalgic. Now, seeing Spidey switch to a Galaxy Z Flip feels like catching your childhood hero casually picking the rival console. Even so, at the end of the day, it’s a tiny detail in what’s likely going to be a huge movie.
