The design was revamped to be more refined and comfortable, and if you tend to take a lot of phone calls, the headphones’ eight microphones will make sure your voice is heard. If you travel a lot, there is a certain inconvenience — the WH-1000XM5s don’t fold down, which means they’re not as easy to store — but otherwise, this is a pair of headphones you might want to check out.
