Anker’s excellent 6.6K MagGo Power Bank is down to an absolute steal at $19.99

News Room

We’ll soon see an explosion of early Black Friday deals, with several extended sales kicking off tomorrow and more underway as the week itself approaches. That said, there are still many bargains to be had right now.

It’s hard to pass on a Prime-exclusive deal that brings the Anker MagGo 6,6000mAh Qi2 power bank as low as $19.99 ($50 off) in select colors when clipping a coupon at Amazon. It’s also available at Anker for $29.99 ($40 off) through the end of the day with code WSPEV2JAZSLN. That’s a good fallback if you’re not a Prime member or prefer it in white or black, as those colors are sold out at Amazon as of this writing.

While it’s a little chunkier than comparably sized power banks, the advantage here is that you can charge any MagSafe iPhone at Qi2 speeds. The MagSafe block is strongly hinged to the weightier battery, too, and it has passthrough charging, so you can use it as a charging stand at night while you’re recharging the battery. Those qualities help earn its spot as the best Qi2 battery pack in our list of the best MagSafe chargers.

You can’t tell, but I’m seething a bit as I write this because I paid much more for this very power bank before a recent trip. I’m still happy I had it for long days away from the hotel. I kept it in my bag for the most part, but it’s not so thick that I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting it in my pants pocket (I typically wear roomier jeans).

There was no fumbling around with cables whenever I needed a quick charge for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Just take it out and pop the phone onto it. The charging speed is quick enough to get your battery percentage climbing at a decent rate even while you’re watching a video. I also used it to occasionally charge my Sony WF-1000XM5 case, as you can also drop smaller Qi wireless charging devices onto it.

Sadly, one disadvantage is that it doesn’t afford the option to charge other devices with a USB-C cable, as it lacks reverse charging. If you want that, you’ll need the 10,000mAh version, which is also on sale for $69.99 ($20 off) at Amazon for Prime members and from Anker with code WSPEV2VWJTH9. It’s a fair bit thicker than the 6.6K version and uses a kickstand instead, but also adds a display that shows charging status.
