Bad news, comfort watchers: How I Met Your Mother is set to leave Netflix on December 2. While no official reason has been given for this, it’s likely because CBS’ initial licensing agreement with the streaming giant has come to an end.
It’s a fairly normal thing to happen, but it’s incredibly annoying. So many of our favorite shows – such as New Amsterdam and The Walking Dead – have also fallen victim to this, meaning our back catalog of comfort shows to stream is getting smaller by the minute.
