HubSpot is a generalized CRM that can adapt to serve a number of different niche markets and industries. It offers a lot of scalability others on this list just can’t. HubSpot offers powerful AI tools that can help with typical business forecasting, sales playbooks, and document management.

While HubSpot does offer scalability and advanced AI functionality, these features are restricted to the higher-cost paid plans. Those upper tiers probably aren’t as affordable for small to mid-sized construction companies looking for a simple CRM solution. If that’s the case for you, I recommend SalesRabbit, Jobber, or Pipedrive.

With pre-set templates, users can create anything from high-level dashboards to specific project trackers. monday CRM also has a host of collaboration tools and automations that can do a lot of the heavy lifting behind the scenes, which is nice for users in the construction industry that would rather leave that up to the CRM.

While monday offers some AI and high level revenue tracking, you might prefer a CRM solution with built-in payment and quote software. If that’s the case, check out HubSpot, Jobber, or SalesRabbit.
